Unfortunately, due to the nature of our customisations, we do to accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds as each order is handmade to your specifications.

We will only accept returns in very limited circumstances if there is a defect with your order upon arrival, such as scratches, this does not include wrong sizing or shoe as this is your responsibility to check when paying at checkout or paying for an invoice. If a defect can be corrected we will always do this before offering any refunds as any returned customised trainers cannot be reused. Please request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You should provide us with clear photo evidence of any defect.

We do not pay for any return shipping costs and if your product appears to be worn on arrival, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you. Please note, we will photograph your customs before we ship them to you and therefore we will know if you have purposely damaged them in order to get a refund. It is highly unlikely that there will be any defect as we would not send out defective shoes.
