Q: How long will I have to wait to receive my shoes?
A: Each custom design takes a different length of time to complete. Simpler designs can be shipped off in under a week, whereas more complex designs are likely to take much longer. Waiting time also depends on the waiting list (to see our current estimated waiting time, please click here). The wait will be worth it!
Q: How do I go about making my own design?
A: If you have your own design in mind, or have seen a design online that you like, you can email or message us on our social media to get a quote. We can have a CGI (Computer Generated Image) drawn up for you to make sure you are completely happy with the design before purchasing.
Q: Can I make a bulk order for my business?
Yes, we have catered for large businesses before and we would be happy to arrange an appointment to discuss any ideas with you.
Q: Can I wear my customs in the rain?
A: Of course! We use a protective finishing layer which makes the design waterproof and therefore rain will not damage the design. However, your feet may still get soaked if the actual shoe material is not waterproof (i.e. mesh, neoprene, cotton canvas etc.)
Q: Can I clean my customs after they have been painted on?
A: Yes. If your shoes get dirty after you wear them, we recommend cleaning your shoes delicately with a soft microfibre cloth and a foam cleaner or warm water. Do not put them in a washing machine and do not use acetone, rubbing alcohol, white spirit or any harsh materials as this will remove the protective finishing layer and may also remove layers of the paint.
Q: Do I have to pay the full price upfront?
A: No. We understand that you may want to pay over a period of time which is why we offer payment instalment plans. We will require a deposit before we can purchase your shoes and start your customs and your shoes will not be sent until full payment has been provided. Payment can be made through PayPal, debit or credit card or bank transfer.
Q: Can I send in my own shoes to be customised?
A: Sure! If you have a pair of shoes that you would like to be customised, you can send them to us. We will only customise shoes which are in a new condition as there are no creases in the surface and they are not dirty. If we have to clean the shoes we will charge an extra fee for this service. We reserve the right to return any shoes which are worn or in bad condition at your expense. To avoid any additional charges you can send us a photo of your shoes for approval before sending them to us.
Q: What designs can I have?
A: Anything you want! Our shoes are hand painted so we can cater to your likes. Popular designs include patterns, cartoon characters, embroidery patches and reflective materials. We love creating new designs for you, so all ideas are welcome!
Q: What if I need my shoes before the estimated delivery time?
A: If you have a certain date you need the shoes by, please contact us BEFORE purchasing any customs, as we cannot guarantee that your shoes will be delivered in time without notice being given beforehand. If you do not notify us beforehand, then you will have to rely on our current turnover time on our Shipping Information page.
Q: Are your shoes genuine?
A: All of our shoes are bought directly from the manufacturer, i.e. Nike, Adidas etc., and are 100% genuine. If the manufacturer has sold out of a specific size then we will only buy from reputable companies such as JD, Footlocker, Office etc.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Provided that we have not started your shoes yet, you have 72 hours from the time you purchase your customs to cancel your order. Please email us at with your order number. If we have started your shoes you cannot cancel your order.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our customisations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges as each order is handmade to your specifications. Please make sure that you are happy with the full design before purchasing.
